F&B outlets have zero tolerance for pests. Cockroaches, rodents and flies are both a health risk and an SFA compliance issue, so treatment has to be effective, food-safe and properly documented. Four Solutions is NEA Vector Operator Licensed and services restaurants, cafes, central kitchens and food outlets across Singapore.
Why F&B is high risk
- Food and warmth attract cockroaches and rodents
- Waste and drains breed flies and roaches
- Deliveries bring pests in through packaging and back-of-house
How we service F&B
We assess the premises, plan food and equipment protection, schedule around service hours, and provide treatment records for your pest-management programme. Confirm the documents required for your particular audit. For a daily checklist, records and quote questions, read our F&B pest control guide. Where low chemical treatment is preferred, a heat option may suit particular kitchen areas; the assessment determines its use. See our commercial pest control, cockroach treatment and rodent control.
What to confirm in a restaurant pest control contract
A restaurant contract needs a written scope for your outlet. Use these points to compare the proposal rather than assuming that every pest, repair or return visit is included.
- Inspection and scope. Confirm the pests and areas covered, including the kitchen, stores, drains and bin area. The walkthrough and pest activity determine the proposed scope.
- Visit schedule. Ask how the schedule is chosen for your outlet and when it should be reviewed. Confirm the arrangement around your service and delivery hours.
- Food and equipment protection. Agree the treatment hours, protection of food and stock, product instructions and when each area can be used again before work begins. Any heat option depends on the assessed area.
- Records for your premises. Tell us what your auditor requires. Confirm the records included and any reporting requirements for each outlet. A pest control report supports an audit; it does not guarantee a pass.
- Activity between visits. Confirm how sightings are reported, what a return visit covers and whether it has an additional charge. Record the date, time and location of a sighting, with a photo where possible.
- Work outside the pest treatment. Ask whether cleaning, plumbing repairs, sealing or other building work is included, separately quoted or recommended to the operator or landlord.
For daily checks and a sighting record, use our restaurant pest control guide. Our commercial visit frequency guide explains what to discuss when planning a schedule.
What to send for a restaurant quotation
A quote is prepared per outlet after a walkthrough because the scope depends on the size, layout and pest activity. Share the outlet type, approximate floor area, signs you have seen, service and delivery hours, and audit or reporting requirements. Photos help the assessment. For several outlets, list them in your enquiry. Use the WhatsApp button above or email sales@foursolutions.sg.

Frequently asked questions
Are your treatments food-safe for a kitchen?
We select methods after assessing the pest and kitchen. The treatment plan explains food and equipment protection, cleaning, ventilation and re-entry requirements. A chemical-free heat option may be suitable for particular areas; the assessment determines its use.
Do you provide records for SFA audits?
Yes. Our commercial service includes service reports and records to support your food safety audits. Confirm the documents your auditor asks for; a report supports an audit but does not by itself guarantee a pass.
Can you come before or after opening hours?
Yes. We schedule around your service hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
